I price shopped before ordering as my professional preference is to work with local businesses to source products. However, for this product, local kitchen & bath showrooms that were Rohl vendors did not carry the Shaws line requiring the extra step of submitting a PO directly to House of Rohl, significantly adding to lead time. Local showrooms offered competitive pricing to Wayfair, but I had to pay for additional shipping costs associated with the PO and therefore, Wayfair offered this product (in stock) and at the most competitive price. This reversible single-bowl farmhouse fireclay kitchen sink features 2 options for embellished edges. The other is more subtle and only extends 1" beyond the apron front. The center drain lets you choose the style strike out and be bold, or play it safe. Made in Italy, the sink is thick and durable. The basin has gently sloping corners for easy cleaning. Due to the bottom thickness of the sink, an extended flange disposal drain or an extended ferrule regular kitchen drain may be needed.
