This is gorgeous tile. If the company can figure out how to pack it right, it will be well worth the hassle. I got two damaged boxes, sent both back, and got the 3rd one with a few chips but nothing I couldn't live with. Wayfair representative was WONDERFUL. I felt the situation was handled professionally. I'm only giving this 4 stars as I've spent over an hour on the phone (in total) dealing with a situation that could have been avoided had the company packed the tile properly in the first place. I loved this tile, and it looks fantastic on my bathroom floor and as additional inset in my kitchen. The tile is good quality, and the printing lends itself to the slightly distressed look very well. I got a decent mix of solid and patterned in each box. Nothing arrived chipped or damaged, and I would definitely buy this again. Two caveats: the first being, laying this tile should really be done by someone practiced however. Even with spacers it can be hard to get the distance between tiles set correctly, which invariably leads to uneven grout lines. Second caveat, returning any extra is essentially a no-go since shipping back is cost prohibitive. I'd really consider ordering this tile through a local hardware or flooring store OR ordering a lot less for your project and doing it as you go. It'll take longer, but way better than ending up with 3 extra boxes (like I did).. Jeanne. Hawthorne, CA. Wed Sep 10 2025
