I did extensive comparison shopping, and these tiles matched the quality of options priced at nearly twice as much, many of which also charged shipping that rivaled the cost of the tiles themselves. This tile arrived and a box was full of broken tiles. I contacted Wayfair and they sent out more tiles right away and enough unbroken tiles for our project. This tile is really beautiful and of great quality. Out of 8 boxes purchased, only one tile was chipped out of the box which I thought was amazing. My only complaint is that the tiles are VERY porous and easily stained and scuffed. It is a matte finish cement tile which we hadn't worked with before. It generated a ton of dust when cut. The wet saw used more water than usual with this tile and the dust turned to mud. We installed it in a bathroom and decided to seal it right away because as I mentioned, it stains easily. I can't imagine putting this tile in a kitchen as shown online due to the porous factor. Despite the easy stain and scuff issues, we do love the end result. I loved this tile, and it looks fantastic on my bathroom floor and as additional inset in my kitchen. The tile is good quality, and the printing lends itself to the slightly distressed look very well. I got a decent mix of solid and patterned in each box. Nothing arrived chipped or damaged, and I would definitely buy this again. Two caveats: the first being, laying this tile should really be done by someone practiced however. Even with spacers it can be hard to get the distance between tiles set correctly, which invariably leads to uneven grout lines. Second caveat, returning any extra is essentially a no-go since shipping back is cost prohibitive. I'd really consider ordering this tile through a local hardware or flooring store OR ordering a lot less for your project and doing it as you go.
