Very good looking. The only defect: The metal base bolts onto the bottom of the chair, using 4 bolts that came with the chair. These bolts fit into female receptors under the upholstery of the chair bottom. Two of the female receptors were too deep into the bottom of the chair for the bolts to fit. This chair is well constructed and very comfortable, with good lumbar support. It was very well packaged for safe shipping. I am 5’3” and the chair did not raise high enough for me to use my laptop in an ergonomically correct and comfortable way. My husband created a 1.5” block and placed that between the seat and the mount, and then bought longer screws to connect so that the chair height is raised.
