[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is great and very similar to a cast iron pan. What I love is that it’s made out of Nitro Carbon Steel so this pan does not rust. Cast iron rusts and it freaks me out that you still cook with a pan that rusted. So this is my new favorite. I live in a small space so not a lot of extra storage, so having things that serve multiple purposes are what work best for me . This pan not only cooks on a stove top, but also can be put in the oven and on the grill. You also can season your pan just like you would with a traditional cast iron pan. Since receiving this pan I’ve already gotten rid of a bunch of other type pans and oven stuff, which has freed up space and no longer need. A definite must in your kitchen.. Anonymous. Wed Mar 20 2024
