The chair felt very comfortable and the lumbar support is helping my back to not get so stiff after sitting down for sometime. The color is a bit darker orange than the pictures but it's not that much off. the only thing that I am missing or haven't found yet is how to make the back stay in one position rather than leaning back and forth. This chair is well constructed and very comfortable, with good lumbar support. It was very well packaged for safe shipping. I am 5’3” and the chair did not raise high enough for me to use my laptop in an ergonomically correct and comfortable way. My husband created a 1.5” block and placed that between the seat and the mount, and then bought longer screws to connect so that the chair height is raised.
