As you can tell from the photo taken by your delivery crew after set-up, there are crimps on each wing of the chair, which I believe came from the way it was boxed for delivery. Hopefully they will disappear quickly. If not within two days, I'll contact you, or you can contact me, to determine what we can do. Thanks, Jeff Finley
