This chair is well constructed and very comfortable, with good lumbar support. It was very well packaged for safe shipping. I am 5’3” and the chair did not raise high enough for me to use my laptop in an ergonomically correct and comfortable way. My husband created a 1.5” block and placed that between the seat and the mount, and then bought longer screws to connect so that the chair height is raised. Great chair. The delivery service was more of a 1 star rating. I requested this chair be fully assembled when it arrived to me. It was still in the box.
