Very nice, quality chaise that seems well-constructed and has a simple but elegant design. Assembly was fast and easy. However, packaging/shipping was poor. Box appears to have broken and was retaped during shipping. Item arrived with missing leg and cushion. Customer service was excellent, promising to replace missing parts within a few days. I got these mainly because of the shorter depth of my Baja shelf and they fit perfect. These chairs are definitely high quality (better be for the price point). Shipping was delayed a few times, but not a big deal. These do NOT come with head cushions, and the manuf doesn’t not sell cushions. I have not found ones that will work for it yet, but there are little slots on the back that the rope would slide into. When filed full with water, they are solid and don’t float. The back flexes a little when sitting in them, especially filled with water. With a pillow tied to the back, these will be perfect. High end, luxury resort feeling. The teak is gorgeous, and the overall design looks clean, elevated, and timeless. It works especially well with a Modern Spanish Revival look — warm wood, relaxed lines, and an understated luxury feel that beautifully complements stucco, stone, tile, and Mediterranean-style outdoor spaces. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the base feels slightly narrow. It can tip a bit when getting up, so you have to be mindful when shifting your weight. Once you are settled in, it is comfortable and looks fantastic, but the stability could be improved.
