Very nice, quality chaise that seems well-constructed and has a simple but elegant design. Assembly was fast and easy. However, packaging/shipping was poor. Box appears to have broken and was retaped during shipping. Item arrived with missing leg and cushion. Customer service was excellent, promising to replace missing parts within a few days. Would give it 5 stars if packaging/delivery had been better.
