We love the white oak fireplace! We don’t use it as a TV stand. I have to be honest though that the reviews that said how easy it was to put together, were not what we experienced. The directions seemed to be very thorough until we ran into discrepancies with the directions. Very frustrating. We ended up hiring someone to help with it. After he spent a few hours working on it, it came out lovely and perfect. Just and FYI. Also, be very careful putting it together. Pressed wood is more delicate than we thought.. Alice. The Vibrance Smart Linear Electric Fireplace from Modern Ember works in spaces that most fireplaces can't, including apartments, rentals, and rooms without a gas line, and the frameless profile installs either recessed into a framed wall opening for a built-in appearance or surface-mounted on a bracket for a clean wall-hung look that doesn't require cutting into drywall. Neither approach needs a licensed contractor, and the surface-mount option keeps structural changes minimal, which matters when you're renting. The LED flame system runs independently from the heater, which matters more than it might seem, most households want the ambiance in summer but not the heat, and the Vibrance handles both modes without any workaround. When heat is on, the 1500W output covers supplemental warmth for rooms up to 400 square feet, and the thermostatic control keeps the temperature dialed to your preference rather than running at full blast. The clear crystal embers ship in the box, so the firebox looks finished without an additional purchase. Flame color, speed, and brightness are all adjustable through the Tuya Smart app, the included remote, or Alexa and Google Home voice commands.

Really great, except for the very weird "fire" crackling sound it makes which fortunately can be muted because I'm installing these in bedrooms!. Melissa. US. Fri May 08 2026

This widescreen electric firebox mimics the look of a real, flickering fire, but does not require a chimney or vents and conveniently plugs into a standard outlet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed with the quality and durability of this TV stand. It comes fully assembled minus the electric fire place insert, which you just slide in from the back and tighten two screws on either side. The fireplace itself has several settings for flame color, brightness, whether the coals flicker, and temperature. You can also turn just the “flames” on with no heat. When the heat setting is functioning the blower is slightly loud, but nothing you can’t get used to. I’d say similar to a floor fan. I wish the cubbies on either side had doors with frosted glass to hid anything in storage. But overall it looks great. This product is also made in the USA which is awesome.. Paulw. Fri Sep 25 2026
