Broke within 1 week of use! Wouldn’t shut off, had to unplug. Then after a week of being unplugged it started working again, for 4 days, the one day just wouldn’t turn on. The buttons aren’t responsive, the remote doesn’t work, so you have to pull from the wall and unplug it again. Oh and when it does work you cannot adjust the temp up and down, you can only go up and then it starts at the base temp. Do not recommend. Leaves gap if you have baseboards so it doesn’t sit flush against the wall. The pieces didn’t all fit together perfectly so there are small gaps. The wood is very soft easily markingdenting. The actual electric fireplace is fine, the instructions to put it together are not clear. To set the temp you have to go all the way through the numbers if you want a lower temp, you can’t just go up and down. Makes loud beeps for any change.

Disappointed with this purchase. I ordered it and it came and was so excited until i had to put it together. The parts were made to small so there were spaces on the left and right of the fireplace. These were VERY noticeable.

Heater on unit is horrible. Definitely not worth the high price for the unit. You have to be one foot away from the fireplace to fill any heat definitely we’re not heat any size room.
