Large Girona Fountain

This is an easy to assemble fountain, producing a trickling sound that can be heard at distance, but drowned out by moderate traffic noise, and a moderate amount of splash. This fountain has heavy components and may require lifting assistance.

The fountain is beautiful. We think of it as a modern classic, and we frequently receive compliments from neighbors and guests. The one drawback was that there were a few scratches when we received it. Be sure you have at least two people to move the two pieces around. The total weight is well over three hundred pounds. We used movers' straps to lower the bowl into place. Also, make sure it's sitting level before you fill it.. Chrisanne. Swansea, MA. Fri Nov 22 2024

This is really a beautiful fountain. It’s going to be fun addition to our yard.. Shelley. Jupiter, FL. Tue Jun 24 2025

While this fountain is easy to assemble, multiple people are required for the assembly due to the weight of the fountain components. This fountain produces a soft trickling sound that cannot be heard at a distance, and produces a moderate amount of splash. This fountain has heavy components and may require lifting assistance.

This was a fountain ChatGPT used for this area. I was originally going to order straight from the seller but wayfair had it at the same price with 30days free return guarantee in case we dont like it or it came damaged, which the seller didn’t offer. Fast delivery. It rained heavily so it is overflowing but we love it. It is quiet, just enough noise and birds and lizards also love it.. Anonymous. Wed Oct 07 2026

A top choice for those who love modern style and contemporary design! The elegant simplicity of this original Florence design is sure to enhance any garden or patio! Enjoy the soothing sound of cascading water as it falls in a sheet over the copper spillway and creates a visually stunning focal point!

More impressive than the photos. Directions we very explicit and fountain easy to assemble. My wife and I used a shoulder dolly on the upper part. While not a huge problem for us, occasionally wind will go behind the waterfall and blow it beyond the tub. We are very happy with the purchase.. Carl. Eugene, OR. Wed Jun 28 2023

It is suggested that this fountain top is not left outside in the winter. Once the top fills with water and snow and freezes, the top may crack. All fountain bases should be raised up off the ground in winter so they will not freeze to the ground surface. Ideally, a fountain should be stored indoors in the winter away from the elements. However, if a fountain bowl must be left outside, remove all pumps, rubber stoppers, drain pipes, finials, and small components, cover the top with burlap or any absorbent material, and then wrapped with dark plastic, making sure that water does not accumulate in the basin and freeze. Fountain pumps, finials, and other small components should be stored indoors. Check the fountain periodically to ensure that the cover is secure and water is not accumulating in any fountain component.

It turned out even more lovely than the photos. There was a missing part, and Perigold customer care was very responsive, friendly, and professional. The situation was promptly addressed, and we are extremely happy with the results.. Tracey. Mon Dec 15 2025

Bring nature into your backyard with this fountain kit. This low-profile fountain provides optimal viewing as birds splash and preen themselves on the wide surface while enjoying the pleasant sound of gently moving water. Made in-house, each GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) fountain is molded from real stone giving them a very natural look and texture. The quality construction ensures many years of durability, yet weighs hundreds of pounds less than the identical "real" stone.

Love this fountain as do the birds ! Calming relaxing and just beautiful to look at. Nancy. CA. Tue Aug 25 2026

It’s brilliant. Better than expected. Barry. Hattiesburg, MS. Fri Sep 25 2026

This tiered floor fountain brings a sense of history and quiet movement to your outdoor patio or garden. It features a lion-inspired design with two cascading basins that create the soothing sound of quiet trickles. This piece is handcrafted from concrete with a hand-painted finish that provides a weathered, aged appearance. The integrated recirculating pump allows for a continuous flow without the need for a permanent water source. It also has a UV-resistant design that stands up to sun exposure while maintaining its detailed finish. Plus, the adjustable flow rate lets you customize the water speed to suit your surroundings.

Beautiful fountain. Important to keep it clean as the lions heads can get clogged.. Kendall. Grayson, GA. Mon Oct 05 2026

This fountain is very easy to assemble, producing a steady stream sound that can be heard at distance, but drowned out by moderate traffic noise, and a heavy amount of splash. This fountain has heavy components and may require lifting assistance.

I got the limestone version of this fountain, and it looks absolutely perfect where I have it. It fits the Italian aesthetic of my home and backyard beautifully, and the limestone was definitely the right choice. One thing to be aware of is the sound. The water drops about two feet, so it produces a fairly loud "faucet running" sound. That's inherent in the design, and I'm looking at some simple ways to soften it a bit, possibly with a small rain chain. Other than that, I couldn't be happier with how it looks. I also retrofitted a light into the basin, attaching it to the underside of the upper splash palette with cement adhesive. I ran the light cable out through the rear silicone plug alongside the pump cable, and it worked beautifully. Everything is nicely watertight and the light really adds to the fountain at night. One suggestion if you do something similar: I'd use a little silicone sealant around the cables where they pass through the plug. It's an easy extra precaution to make sure you maintain a watertight seal. My only real complaint is the absolutely insane amount of packing material. I certainly appreciate that the fountain arrived in pristine condition, but the shipping container was probably three times the size of the fountain itself. When it arrived, I actually thought I'd ordered the wrong fountain. It was so enormous that the guys helping me move it were making fun of me for buying such a ridiculously oversized fountain. Opening it up and discovering that it was, in fact, the fountain I'd ordered was a great surprise. Cleaning up afterward was not. There were four wooden pallets, packing hay everywhere, additional concrete packing material, and a mountain of plastic wrap. It took me about half a day to clean everything up, and I eventually had to get a city crew to haul away the remaining packaging. That said, the packing clearly did its job. The fountain arrived in perfect condition, it looks fantastic, and I'd absolutely buy it again. Five stars for the fountain. Maybe three stars for the adventure of unpacking it.. Robert. Oakland, CA. Reminiscent of European fountains in public squares, this courtyard fountain features water trickling down from the elegantly designed tiers. This fountain is handcrafted of high strength cast-stone, which is similar to concrete but with a higher compressive and flexural strength. This future fountain is designed to last for generations!

The Beauvais fountain is a beautiful piece, exactly as depicted. Perigold was very helpful in coordinating the delivery and what to expect. The assembly instructions from the manufacturer (Campania International), left a lot to be desired… but I was able to email them for clarification on what the completed assembly of the copper tubing In the upper urn should look like after following the vague instructions. Also, they left out a needed stopper in the shipment. Without this piece, the fountain would not hold water. There was no mention of this extra stopper in the assembly instruction's, but I was able to call Perigold and Campania international to report the issue, and they sent the stopper. Actually, this stopper allows draining, cleaning, and refilling the fountain an easy task… but again no mention of that… which should be a great a great selling point. So, the service up to that point was great. 4 days later, I emailed the manufacturer about an issue where the pump was tripping the GFCI outlet. They were not as helpful with the trouble shooting. I managed to figure out and resolve the problem myself, which turned out to be the plug attached to a timer was getting wet. I had to encase that connection in a plastic bag, and the problem was resolved… but it would have been nice for them to help with the trouble shooting. This last experience makes me question what kind of support I will get going forward. So far, I do love the fountain and have no regrets about purchasing. It was the best price compared to other options out there.. Janell. Biloxi, MS. Fri Apr 11 2025

Designed with strong sculptured details and an Old World appeal, this fountain will be the perfect focal point for your garden area, courtyard, or patio! Multiple cascading streams of water flow over two bowls into the larger basin below to create a relaxing sound and a beautiful visual statement!

Excellent fountain. The whole experience was top notch. The delivery was made without a hitch. Everything packaged on a pallet that was secure and safe. It is very heavy, so a lot of help is needed to move it into position. The fountain comes with everything you need - Pump, hoses, and even a canister of touch up if needed. We did not need the touch up. Very easy to assemble. The instructions are very easy to follow. You will need an out door outlet to plug it in. Just a regular plug is fine. Make sure you have a solid foundation for where the fountain will rest because this fountain is the real deal. It is not a decorative, cheap, plastic knock off. This is a heavy, durable, proper fountain that should last for many years. We are very happy with the purchase. Well worth the price.. Stephen. Buffalo, NY. Thu May 14 2026

Love it . the copper got bent taking out of box and setting up and reached out for a replacement piece. The company reached out to clear the replacement order and they would provide replacement for 60 usd. I canceled the replacement order online but I’m not sure that it showed up in the system correct as the fountain company reached out to me daily for a week telling me to cancel . Then , they stopped calling and I received the replacement piece without charge. The fountain is gorgeous and I have no regrets purchasing from here.. Alicia. Martinsburg, WV. Sun Jul 26 2026

I really love the look of this new fountain ! Smaller than my last one & easy to clean but cleaning out the motor area is more difficult because the space is hard to reach into. I now suction out the water like people do for their aquariums, brush it then flood out the water a couple times then refill . My neighborhood birds love to bathe in it daily when it is on & I do clean it weekly & add algaecide every other day too. I chose the Aged Limestone color...it was very hard to decide without seeing in person because of the many choices. It goes nicely with my new Aged Bronze LED garden lights also. Eloise. Eloise. We love this fountain, and it fits perfectly in our landscape. The water flow creates a beautifully relaxing and consistent stream-like sound. The base is quite heavy, but with 2-3 folks, it goes into place easily. Leveling the base and pillars seems to be quite important, as each pool fills up to almost the brim when running smoothly..
