this desk came fully assembled at least this one did. the guys were professional and very good. I had read the reviews about damage but there is not a scratch on this thing. it is a monster desk that is very heavy. desk is beautiful but the drawer bay arrived damaged and I reported to perigold immediately and uploaded a picture and have still not heard or had any efforts to correct/replace the damaged desk. the drawer allignment is also off and rubs along the bottom and will damage the desk.. I am very disappointed with this purchase. First of all, the delivery was delayed, and there was no notification or communication about it. When the credenza finally arrived, it looked nothing like the product shown on the website. The color is noticeably different, and the material feels cheap and low-quality.
