Chabrol studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Pau and spent two years in the Phnom-Penh Fine Arts faculty in Cambodia. The artist’s approach is a highly personal adventure. Every encounter, every country. she has traveled through, every image glimpsed, and every emotion experienced, contribute to her creation. Her works are a passionate tribute to grace and femininity. She draws, sculpts, and transforms women in bronze, producing curved figures of expressive gentleness that emanate a sense of contemplation and inner strength. Kyriakos Kaziras is a professional photographer of Franco-Greek origin, living in France. From an early age, he developed a passion for photography and painting thanks to the influence of his two grandfathers. During his first trip to southern Africa, he fell in love with the wilderness, the light, and the animals. Since then, he has never stopped traveling to the most remote corners of the planet. Highly influenced by painting, Kyriakos Kaziras takes a pictorial approach to photography; the cameras act as his paintbrushes. The Maison Daum proposes a unique interpretation of the photographic work of artist Kyriakos Kaziras with a magnificent crystal sculpture of two polar bears emerging from the ice, in a limited edition of 250. The crystal reveals the luminous beauty and bluish tones of the iceberg and translates the work of light that is so dear to the artist into sculpture.
