I am also going to write to the company and apologize because it was my mistake not theirs if you want a really beautiful thing by your bedside to make you smile every day this is well worth the money , but I am only giving it four stars because they do give you video guidance setting up the app but show the phone they are using w microphone on bottom. I'm really happy with the clock. The reason I gave it 4 stars, rather than 5 is because when I placed it on my shelf I saw it wasn't level. When I turned it upside down, I noticed that the protective strips covered the whole leg on one side & only partially covered the other leg, leaving it wobbly.
