These whistling tea kettles feature a 3-ply base for even heat distribution that results in faster boiling. The Kettle is the perfect stovetop accent for any kitchen and works on all stovetops, including induction. Featuring a classic design, these tea kettles bring a timeless look to any stovetop. Because the kettle is surgical-grade stainless steel, it won’t impart metallic flavor into your water so you can enjoy the full-bodied flavor of your coffee, tea, instant soups, and more. A thick aluminum core embedded in the stainless steel base heats evenly, allowing water to reach the boiling point more quickly than traditional kettles. The magnetic stainless steel base works on all cooktops, including induction. These kettles include a glass lid that offers visibility into the heating progress for anyone that wants to debate whether or not a watched pot boils faster. Being able to see the progress of the water as it nears a boil also allows you to turn off the heat when you want to enjoy a beverage that benefits from a temperature that is just off a boil. The levered one-touch spout includes a heat-resistant silicone cover and can be opened and closed with a thumb or a single finger. The spout's melodic whistle alerts you when your water is ready to serve. The stay-cool handle features a heat break to reduce heat transfer to the handle and is strategically placed to keep fingers away from steam as you lift the kettle off the stove.

The Butterfly Ginkgo collection celebrates the representation of flora as fauna. Michael's fascination with a particular type of ginkgo tree, the Ginkgo Biloba, or "Butterfly Ginkgo", which grows with a double leaf reminiscent of a butterfly's wings, gave rise to a fantasia image of the plant. Executed at the highest level of handcraftsmanship, each piece is rendered in solid brass with hand-etched cocoon-shaped vessels. The pieces in the collection are a tour de force of the handcrafted process, capturing the poetic spirit that is so deeply indicative of Michael's work. The first time I saw this tree, it looked like it had been completely overtaken by butterflies... as if they would all take flight the moment I walked too close or made a noise. The idea that the leaves could evoke the beauty of butterflies was magical to me, like trees that can metamorphose from flora to fauna in the blink of an eye.

The 13-piece tri-ply copper cookware set: A prized possession of professional chefs and home cooks alike - serves up superior performance paired with a beautiful, real copper exterior finish. Unlike cookware sets painted with copper color exteriors, this set is made from real copper. Because of this, you may notice your cookware set developing a rich patina over time, showing color variations caused by heat and marks from fingerprints. These natural cosmetic changes to the copper will not affect the cooking performance. This can be amended with a copper polish like PennyBrite by EZ Brite or with a natural mixture of lemon and salt. Due to the high thermal conductivity of copper, you’ll achieve perfectly uniform heating and exceptional temperature control. Not only will your cookware heat up quickly, but cool quickly as well, making it the perfect setting for precise cooking. That's why professional chefs prize copper cookware to handle even the most delicate of tasks. All you have to do is keep your heat low to moderate and let the pan do the rest! High heat increases color changes with copper cookware but can still be removed with a good copper cleaner. The copper line’s interiors are made of non-reactive, durable surgical-grade stainless steel that prevents any metallic flavor from seeping into your food. The 13-piece tri-ply copper cookware’s aluminum alloy core evenly transfers heat from rim to rim, eliminating hot spots and giving you the perfect sear every time. The combination of the three bonded or clad metals distributes heat evenly across the pan while maintaining higher cooking temperatures, even on low-to-medium heat. Anything higher would not be recommended for clad cookware. Ergonomic handles reduce pressure on your wrists with a comfortable grip. Vented, tempered glass lids help prevent boil-overs and allow you to monitor progress without losing any heat. Keep your cookware’s exterior looking new by cooking only at low-to-medium temperatures and by regularly wiping it with copper polish or by using a combination of lemon and salt. Washing your cookware by hand after each use and drying it by hand will also help keep its color uniform. It is recommended to store your cookware in a dry location.

The Toscana collection from Mepra combines the tradition of Italian cuisine with the most advanced cooking technology to create an elegant and timeless collection of copper cookware. The quintessential farmhouse look is the foundation of the Fattoria collection. A variety of cooking and serveware pieces like bakers, mixing bowls, 3-size canisters, and generous pitchers… transport lovers of a traditional Italian kitchen look to a more contemporary approach without losing its inherent country charm.
