Great chair. The delivery service was more of a 1 star rating. I requested this chair be fully assembled when it arrived to me. It was still in the box. The Chace leather chair is very nice. Workmanship and quality is very good. There is one downside though and that is the pneumatic mechanism only goes up and down 1 inch. All mechanism that I have seen have at least 2-3 inches of travel. I had to add spacers to raise the height to the right level. I think you should change the mechanism supplier.. Edward. Gallup, NM.
