It is a lovely couch but it is not white. It is more of a butter crème. I will keep it and am trying to accessorize to tie it in with the bright white finishes in the room. Wish the pics and descriptions were more accurate. This has happened several times. Sandie. Tue Dec 26 2023

This is a beautiful piece, but I ordered a left-facing sectional and received a right-facing sectional. I had already gotten rid of the sectional this was replacing to make room for this, so I accepted shipment because I couldn’t have my main room empty for the months it would take to find and get a new sectional. I did receive a relatively small partial refund through customer service, but I’m now stuck with an expensive piece of furniture that is awkward in my room. I wouldn’t recommend getting an expensive custom piece like this through a website - better to deal with actual salespeople at a physical store who are more responsive to problems, and might have made sure this basic and significant error hadn’t happened in the first place.. Monica. Easton, MD. Thu Dec 11 2025

Most comfortable couch ever. Would have given 5 stars except my phone and remote keep falling through to the floor if you have it next to you. There is no fabric that catches these things. Otherwise best couch ever and very beautiful.. Jean. Kansas City, KS. Fri Jul 24 2026

The couch is very pretty, but I have never seen genuine leather this thin. It is more like a paper thin coating over a knit fabric, and it arrived with multiple small tears already. Fortunately, the tears are not in super obvious places (they are on the back and sides), but this is not the quality I expect for the price. Not even close. I anticipate this couch won't last more than a few months (tops) before there are multiple major tears.. Katie. Honolulu, HI. Mon Oct 10 2022

Nice material but honestly not a comfortable couch. Needs a massive amount of breaking in which then creates creaking noises. I wish I could have seen it in person before purchasing. Probably won’t buy a couch online again after this experience.. Z. K.. Los Angeles, CA. Mon Mar 04 2024

Loved this couch for a month! Unfortunately fabric is an issue. Pet hair is easily trapped inside the fabric and is very very difficult, near impossible to remove. Vacuum, lint roller, brushes, special pet hair cleaning tools… we have used everything(. Aw. Las Vegas. Sun Mar 16 2025

Simple elegance and romance. Each piece is made from hardwoods with handcrafted curves and detailed carving. Rich color and texture bring sophistication to classic shapes with clean lines and just-right sizing.

I love this couch but it’s very soft leather and shows every tiny thing. Sit on the couch with rough material it is going to scratch. I spilled water stained. It says not to treat but I might reconsider.. April. TN. Wed Feb 18 2026

Holy smokes! We love our new couch. We picked the Antic Jade color and find it very pleasing. This couch is SO well made. The fabric feels incredibly soft, smooth, and cooling. My household is in agreement that the couch is firm-supportive, so we aren’t sinking in, but still super comfy. In fact, I took a three hour nap on it the day it was delivered.
