I love the faucet. I wish it had been clear that I would need to order the handles separately. I had to find the handles I wanted on a different website, and they are a special order item and will take weeks. The wait will be worth it to have a faucet & handles I will be thrilled with. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kohler makes some beautiful products and the Artifacts line is no exception. We have polished chrome in the rest of our bathroom, so I went with that, but it does show every drop of water and every fingerprint; but that comes with the selected finish. These handles are heavy, beautiful, and really elevate your bathroom. When installing, make sure the handle is fully turned to the “off” position before tightening - this is something we had to straighten out after the fact. Standard tools are all that was needed.
