A definite splurge, but worth it! Height works for both my partner (62) and I (54). Lots of customization, inc seat heat temps, water spray temps, nozzle angle. There are extra buttons in back control that dont apply to the S5 washlet (ie meant for the S7) . No clogging yet. The glaze is easy to wipe, but apparently easy to scratch off per manufacturer description Ie avoid harsh chemicals and rigid toilet bristles. use only gel based toilet cleaners . I cannot tell you hopw disappointed I am in Wayfair. They delivered a toilet that was completely shattered. Customer service was fine and they sent out another broken toilet 3 days later. I now have two broken toilets waiting to be picked up by Federal Express. After all that, Wayfair offered no discounts or compensation for screwing up twice and all they offered to do was send out a third toilet in the hopes its not completely shattered as well. I have purchased a lit from Wayfair over the years and I think its time I gave my business to a company that provides actual customer service and not one that just keeps shipping me broken toilets..
