The quality of the materials and the finish were excellent, the craftmanship was a bit off in places. In the attached photo, there was no way to close the gap in the bottom left while keeping the section level. Also, the knee clearance is not up to ADA standards. The cabinet is beautiful. Unfortunately Perigold was not able to provide assembly service so we had to do it ourselves. The prep was a bit uneven. Only one of the doors had the pilot holes for the hinges pre-drilled. I needed to drill the rest myself. It's also odd that it comes with soft close hinges and also a magnetic closure. There is no face frame, so the magnetic closure is the only door stop. I put felt pad on the door so that the shelf acts as a door stop. desk is beautiful but the drawer bay arrived damaged and I reported to perigold immediately and uploaded a picture and have still not heard or had any efforts to correct/replace the damaged desk. the drawer allignment is also off and rubs along the bottom and will damage the desk.. I recently ordered the aforesaid item and am extremely frustrated with the service. Before placing the order spoke to two different representatives and on both time was informed that the item comes with white gloves that includes installation. Upon receiving the item the delivery company didnt install the item. After making multiple calls was informed that the white gloves is only for 30 minutes of installation and nothing exceeding that time!!!
