Pretty sink.. Emily. Beaver, PA. Wed Apr 01 2026

This sink is just the right size! A sink is not too big and not too small for all the styles of a farmhouse sink in a smaller space. Because the fireclay dimension can vary it is best to allow for minimum cabinet space. The classic apron boasts a full height to make an impression. The sink comes with an included bottom grid and basket strainer drain. Elegant lines taper slightly from the top to the bottom of the basin. There are many benefits to fireclay. Its glazed surface inhibits bacterial growth more than stainless steel. Due to the firing process, dimensions are nominal and may vary to actual up to 0.25". A custom cabinet is required to support the weight of this sink. A note about fireclay: small cracks will appear on the unglazed underside of the sink, these are cosmetic only and have no impact on the performance of the sink.

The Lancaster has been made by hand in the same way since 1897 and is still in use today in 100-year-old English homes. Named for the county of Lancashire, the region where Shaws® sinks are made, the Lancaster features thicker walls and a lustrous surface that’s glazed not once, but twice. Durable, distinctive, and authentic, the Lancaster is for those who seek an original and believe that making a statement is one they make for themselves.

The Shaker™ apron front fireclay sink is a modern interpretation of the 1897 original. Named for the design movement that believed less is more, this Shaker farmhouse sink takes a minimalist approach. Instead of the iconic apron front with rounded corners, the Shaker has a clean, rectangular shape with squared-off sides and thinner walls for a slimmer, more minimal look. Durable and lustrous, its classic farmhouse roots and authenticity are always apparent. And like all Shaws® sinks, the Shaker is made by hand to last a lifetime.

The sink came broken, but Pergola immediately replaced it after minimal explanation on my part. Very pleased with their service.. Jessica. Hudson, NY. Sun Feb 02 2025

The Bowland single bowl harkens back to the fluted Arts and Crafts design. Named for the Trough of Bowland, this sink is difficult to create and requires a craftsman with at least five years’ experience, which shows in its detailing.

Ask yourself this question: How much are you spending on your new kitchen? And are you willing to take a chance with an inexpensive farmhouse sink? An apron-front sink is often the focal point of the kitchen, and while inexpensive sinks look nice coming out of the box (resulting in glowing reviews), eventually their "value engineering" will catch up with them. Your kitchen is too important to cut corners, and nothing is used more than your sink. Make a sound investment with a product that has addressed the issue of glaze longevity. Fireclay sinks are comprised of solid genuine crystalline-silica fireclay. When paired with a silica-based glaze and fired at 2200 degrees, the two silicas fuse together, creating a new quartz-like material. As opposed to inferior ceramic sinks, which are usually hollow core, fired at lower temperatures, and exhibit little fusing, ours is far superior and engineered to remove even the possibility of hairline cracks/crazing. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and an investment is worth every penny.

Expertly crafted from dense, high-quality fireclay, this single-bowl sink delivers exceptional strength, heat resistance, and a luxurious gloss white finish that elevates any kitchen design. Its flexible undermount or drop-in installation makes it ideal for a wide range of countertop styles and cabinet configurations. Each sink includes a protective stainless steel grid and is available in five popular sizes to suit everything from compact kitchens to spacious gourmet workspaces. The smooth, non-porous surface resists stains, scratches, and impacts while offering easy maintenance and long-lasting beauty.

this is a great sink and I really appreciate how the corners are rounded for easier cleaning. Caroline. Providence, RI. Fri May 15 2026

A classic with a curve—that’s the Waterside™ difference. Its main characteristic is its bow-fronted design, a rounded shape that makes its presence known with style. A softer take on the iconic apron front design, the curvaceous feature gives this farmhouse fireclay sink more interior space to tackle tasks. It makes a grand statement in traditional country kitchens, and creates a stunning attraction in rooms with transitional appeal. The Waterside is made by hand to last a lifetime, for those who prize originality and performance of the highest caliber.

This reversible single-bowl farmhouse fireclay kitchen sink features 2 options for embellished edges. The other is more subtle and only extends 1" beyond the apron front. The center drain lets you choose the style strike out and be bold, or play it safe. Made in Italy, the sink is thick and durable. The basin has gently sloping corners for easy cleaning. Due to the bottom thickness of the sink, an extended flange disposal drain or an extended ferrule regular kitchen drain may be needed.

Classic and high quality. This sink is worthy of multi million dollar homes. Just beautiful and very heavy. Feels like a sink from 100 years ago. Very happy!. Catherine. CA. Mon Nov 13 2023

The Fiamma fireclay kitchen sink from Ruvati sets a new standard in home kitchen design. Handbuilt in Italy by skilled artisans who have mastered their craftsmanship over generations, Ruvati fireclay sinks are at the pinnacle of art and form. The raw clay used in Ruvati’s fireclay sinks is a unique natural white clay found only in a few regions in the world, including Italy. The clay is fired at an extremely high temperature of 2900 degrees Fahrenheit giving the solid sink exceptional strength and durability. During the process the surface of the sink fuses with the interior, giving an enamel surface that is completely resistant to chips, cracks, abrasions, and scratches. These properties make Ruvati fireclay sinks a superior choice compared to alternative materials such as cast iron enamel and ceramic sinks which can easily chip or crack. Ruvati is one of the few manufacturers to source their fireclay sinks from Italy, one of the few regions in the world that produces true fireclay. Alternative ceramic sinks from competitors, sourced from other regions of the world such as Asia and the Middle East, may look similar to fireclay but are not anywhere close to the strength and durability offered by true Italian fireclay sinks. This Fiamma sink comes in a large size of 30″ wide by 20″ front-to-back giving you ample sink space. The 9″ internal bowl depth makes it easy to stack dishes or clean large pots and pans. Another unique feature of the sink is its reversible design. One side has a smooth flat finish and the other side has a decorative fluted design. Based on your design preference you can choose to install the sink either way. For more than 200 years, fireclay sinks have been renowned for their strength and practicality in European kitchens and farmhouses. Ruvati’s Fiamma fireclay sink now brings this timeless farmhouse classic to the modern American kitchen.
