The rug is very pretty but about 4 inches short on width and 3 inches short on length. We will keep the rug but those extra inches would have made the fit in our room much better. I realize that this is a handcrafted item, but I can’t shake the idea that you are making money by literally shorting the customer.. Emily. Alexandria, VA. Mon Apr 20 2026

The color are all soft color with a dominate of light gray. Muted golden, very light and small amount of turquoise and several dark blue almost black. The main complaint is the rug did not come on a roll, but folded. Leaving difficult bumps to remove when placed flat. If they do not relax I will return the rug. Otherwise I am satisfied with the colors and the quality.. Mary. Coppell, TX. Sat Jul 12 2025

This rug is very pretty, if a bit lighter than the photo. Very subtle colors with a pale coral color. Thought it was too pricey at the original price but it went on sale. I happened to be in Houston and popped into the new store (had seen it on my feed) and was able to look at a rug sample in person that I had previously been looking at online but reluctant to bite off bc of the hassle of returning etc… because I saw it in person, I ordered it and was very happy with how fast it was delivered, the good condition in came in, and that it looked in person as the images and sample showed. Moral of story - please open another showroom in the San Francisco Bay Area (where I live)… I would likely buy more things and my friends as well! The sales associate/manager in the store was very helpful as well.. Angela. Hillsborough, CA. Sun Jan 18 2026
