One of the prettiest rugs I have ever bought and looks exactly like the picture!

Purchased this rug for my master bedroom and I love it!

I received the wrong rug and have only received one email correspondence. I’m about to just dispute the charge to receive my money back. It took two weeks just for a response and now waiting 5 days after said response. Unbelievably inept company.
