I gave this five stars upon receiving it. Unfortunately, it has a serious issue. We have to take it down every night because of raccoons, bear etc. It will not stay together unless you hold it by the S hook or clamp the front and back together in your hand. The suet just falls out. It needs a lock of some sort to stop this. I am going to have to tie wrap it shut. I love the appearance, weight and idea.

the cap had a 2"thin somewhat sharp strip out of the edge. Not the quality of the first feeder ordered in the pinecone motif. If possible, would appreciate a replacement cap. (suggestion)

Very nice and heavy. Perfect for suet for the winter birds!
