The item arrived in good condition, and the overall quality seems good. But two of the numbers (the 4 and the 1) are crooked and not properly aligned. Seems like the manufacturer (Whitehall Products) needs to work on their quality control. I just filed for a free replacement through Wayfair, which is good...but it's disappointing I'll need to wait another month. Here's hoping the replacement is better.
