Product is excellent - however the shipping sucks. My contractor completed my project without having this and it will cost me more since he has to come back again and he will charge travel expenses and time. It was shipped by FedEx from Michigan - which then got stuck for days in the Michigan hub and then got sent to FLORIDA and got stuck in their hub too. Finally arrived today.

I love the plate its just way too small. Cant use it on the front of my house due to the size
