Excellent product and well built - only thing I would mention is that the installation directions show a base plate which I learned later you need to buy separately. Would have preferred it be included.

This is the worst company I’ve ever done business with. Between them and Wayfair I would suggest using anyone but them. They have awful shipping and customer service. Buyer beware.

Classy mailbox. Large enough for packages. Hope it is easy to install!

Had to order a vase separately when I realized we didn't have. The mailbox is amazing though

The Balmora Whitehall Mailbox is pretty great. Came fast in the mail and everything is solid and strong. Assembly was easy once the wood post is in position. Came with two address numbers for each side of the mailbox and an “A” for my last name to screw into the front side. Have to have a strong drill to install the number and last initial. Overall great and very nice addition to the home.
