Rod title said it was a 72” rod. A selection box not very visible below defaulted to a 60” rod, it did not ask for my size selection and therefore was sent a smaller rod than what I ordered. After speaking to customer service, they are saying return shipping charges apply.

My customer service person Gin was exactly correct in her guidance. The fanlight wasnt wired to accommodate the 24.
