I have been treated badly !!! I ordered an umbrella, being told the base came with it . Umbrella was delivered and paying a service to install; but , no base. Called and was told no base came with umbrella , so I ordered the base that would fit the umbrella . Base was delivered and paying the service to install ; but , base doesn’t fit umbrella!!!!I have not been taken care by Perigold…..POOR service

If the powder coat finishes flakes, bubbles, peels, or loses color, Shademaker will re-finish or replace the defective bases at its discretion. Normal wear and tear are not covered under this limited warranty. Labor charges are not covered under this limited warranty.
