Be forewarned: the chances that you'll receive locks that are actually keyed alike, much less keyed to match the key code of an existing lock you have, seem pretty slim, and no one at Wayfair seems concerned. They just process the returns and refunds, with no suggestions or assistance about how I can actually get locks that are customized to the key code I need. If Wayfair is unable to provide locks that match a specific key code, why is this provided as an option when ordering this product? I can get the locks cheaper elsewhere. The appeal of ordering from Wayfair was that they had the custom keying option, but I've been disappointed twice now. For the record, the first two locks I ordered didn't match the requested key code, nor did they even match each other. At least the second time, the two locks matched each other, but they're useless to me if they don't match my other lock's code (without going to the trouble and expense of hiring a locksmith to match them), so I'm returning these as well.

It is great that Wayfair offers the option to customize our keys, not only to key alike, but to use a prior key number, so all locks can match the same key.

Easy to install and works as expected. Shipping was fast. I haven’t tried the key matching to see if that part worked to the others I ordered to coordinate yet.
