[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t speak to the durability but I installed a storeroom lock for an outside gate door. I found the instructions a little confusing (would have been helpful to have better pictures about which direction the latch and UL cup went) but after a few tries - the actual install was pretty simple. I needed a lock set that auto locked to make sure it was always locked when not in use and this did the trick.
