Why can this not be returned?

It looks nice.

The color, antique brass, is darker than anticipated but still looks good. My picture shows it next to traditional gold to show the color difference. Door knobs were easy to install.

Love the look of these looks so high-end and was easy to stall. It came with a template so you knew exactly where to drill the holes, but would definitely recommend this product. I looked through the Internet for a long time to find door handle that I like and these were such a hit.
