Ordered three of these altogether. Easy to install, and exactly what I wanted. However, the last one I got had been repacked, a return? The inside knob was packed against the mechanism so it was scratched. Not wanting to deal with Wayfair‘s horrible return exchange process, and because it was the inside of the closet, I went ahead and installed the knob. It was the most difficult of all the installs because there was something wrong with the inside of the mechanism, which is probably why it was returned in the first place — I made it work, but it’s not the quality I would expect from buying something that was supposedly brand new.

I'm disappointed in the way you handle the return I could only use 2 and they will only credit me 2.75 when I paid 13.75 I will think twice before placing another order I made a mistake and it cost a lot
