Very nice and exactly what is needed. Very robust

In order to use with smart phone, reuires a separate device. Can't add or control separate codes without. Spent a hour on hold to reach a cust serv person who wasn't sure what device I needed. I looked at a Samsung device he thougth would work. Over $500! Soooo disappointed!

This is our 2nd connect touchscreen. Highly recommended! We used our previous one for our front door at our old house and have installed this one on our garage man door. It’s a must have for your most used door, especially if you are an avid walker and don’t want to bring keys with you. It never glitches (unlike an inexpensive brand we used to have) and it makes letting guests in and out easy (whether they know one of the codes or if you unlock it for them via app). It’s great not having to search for your keys and is very easy to lock by pressing the Schlage button. We paired this one with the broadway lever and our other one we paired with an existing handleset.
