Received exactly what I ordered & came the next day. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I talked with a customer service rep to be sure that if I provided the 5 digit code on my current Schlage key I could have the deadbolt ordered keyed to match the Schlage deadbolts I have here at my home. Well that is a bunch of bologna & apparently the customer service rep has no idea what she is talking about & just says yes it will be keyed to match the number code. THAT DID NOT GET KEYED TO MATCH MY CURRENT DEAD BOLTS. VERY UNHAPPY BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO HIRE A LOCKSMITH TO COME TO MY HOME AND FIX THE PROBLEM.
