This LED lamp is designed to operate on line voltage ranging from 100V to 277V AC. If the fixture contains a ballast, it must be bypassed or removed before this LED lamp is installed. Failure to bypass or remove the existing ballast could result in damage to the product and will void its warranty. The ambient operating temperature range inside the fixture for the Hi-Pro LED product line is: -20°C (-4°F) to a maximum of +60°C (+140°F) unless otherwise noted on the box and is warranted for a period of 3 years, based on 12 hours of use per day. When used in an enclosed fixture, the lamp must be installed in accordance with the recommended compartment size for that lamp. Lamp life may vary depending on the application, use, fixture type, and environment. Not for use in explosion-proof or vapor-tight fixtures. LED replacements lamps are not compatible with all photocells, timers, and motion sensors and these devices can affect the performance of the products. Only LED-rated devices should be used and if not, the warranty can be voided. If the Product fails to function during the Warranty Period because of defects in materials or workmanship, defective products should be returned to SATCO after being contacted and a Return Goods Authorization has been obtained. Once returned product is proven defective upon inspection, the product will be repaired, exchanged, or credited at the discretion of Satco Products, which solely can be used by the original purchaser (authorized Satco dealer).
