The limited warranty set forth below is given by SATCO Products, Inc. with respect to SATCO Hi-Pro LED products when delivered in new condition and in their original package. This LED lamp is designed to operate on line voltage ranging from 100V to 277V AC. If the fixture contains a ballast, it must be bypassed or removed before this LED lamp is installed. Failure to bypass or remove the existing ballast could result in damage to the product and will void its warranty. The ambient operating temperature range inside the fixture for the Hi-Pro LED product line is: -20°C (-4°F) to a maximum of +60°C (+140°F) unless otherwise noted on the box and is warranted for a period of 5 years, based on 12 hours of use per day.

All the following will void the warranty: Failure to follow recommended care and installation will void product warranty Consumer misuse is not covered Normal wear and tear are not covered – lightbulbs and integrated light modules have a limited lifespan Manufacturing defects are covered by warranty.
