LED bulb’s warranty and product life statements are based on operating the LED lamp in environments with an ambient temperature of -20° C (-4° F) to a maximum of +45° C (113° F) and are warranted for a period of 3 years, based on 4 hours of use per day – unless otherwise noted on the product's packaging. Average rated life may vary depending on the application, use, fixture type, and environment. Not for use in vapor tight or sealed Jelly Jar type fixtures. LED replacements lamps are not compatible with all photocells, timers, and motion sensors and these devices can affect the performance of the products. Only LED-rated devices should be used and if not, the warranty can be voided. This limited warranty covers all defects encountered in normal and recommended use of the product, and does not apply to cases below: Loss or damage to the product due to abuse, mishandling, alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuation, failure to follow operating, maintenance, or environmental instructions prescribed by SATCO. See safety notices in or on the product packaging. Service provided by someone other than SATCO or an authorized service provider. Warranty is void if the product is not used for the intention of which product was manufactured. Satco does not warrant and specifically disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. Satco specifically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental loss or damage, including any labor/expense costs involved in the replacement or repair of said product.
All the following will void the warranty: Failure to follow recommended care and installation will void product warranty. Consumer misuse is not covered. Normal wear and tear are not covered – light bulbs and integrated light modules have a limited lifespan. Manufacturing defects are covered by warranty.

I received the pack of light bulbs. They were not wrapped with any cushions to stabilize the package. Therefore, two of the four light bulbs were broken! I will have to contact the seller and have them send me two replacement light bulbs. This is time consuming and was unnecessary. Common sense states that light bulbs are very fragile and would need packing paper andor packing foam to secure the light bulbs during travel and delivery. I am disappointed in receiving broken light bulbs in this order. I received a replacement pack that was unbroken. The light bulbs are fine. My complaint is with the delivery driver, who gave my package to the wrong person in the wrong apartment. Luckily, the other person brought it to me. The light bulbs are fine. The driver was not.
