This a great piece. We purchased two for our restaurant. Here are some aspects to be aware: 1) it is flat-packed and requires assembly. The assembly isn't difficult, but will take come time and require some tools. 2) The electrical cord is on the right side when facing the unit. This means the outlet must be directly behind the unit or to the right side of the unit. This was a surprise to us. It would be better if the cord could be relocated to either side of the insert. Flames are very realistic with a few color and size options accessible with the remote control. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to buy these.

Love this fireplace. It’s a great statement piece and works very well. Last winter it helped us delay turning on the central heat on cold mornings. The quality is amazing.
