The piece was defective . Sent a message to customer service but never heard back.

Awful experience with Perigold/Wayfair. I was delivered a 4 foot version of this screen. Originally they only offered me a 20% discount and wanted me to keep it. Eventually (after multiple phone calls with several different people) they agreed to arrange for a return and said they would order me a new one. They did and when it arrived it was again a 4' version of the screen not the 7' one. More phone calls and the only thing they could offer me was a refund after the return of the 2nd screen and then 10% off a new order. But there was nothing comparable for the price and they weren't willing to give me a bigger discount. All told this was multiple hours of hassle and about 6 phone calls. Never again. UPDATE: After I wrote this review I received a phone call from a Perigold representative (who I had spoken to twice before during this process) and she was very apologetic and was able to get me the original item I ordered at close to the original price. I'm very appreciative of her help but still frustrated with the lengthy resolution process so will upgrade my rating but only to two stars.

Just what I needed to block the light coming from the high-crime beams the folks across the street installed! Looks nice and is easy to move.

This is great divider. It is lightweight so it’s not meant to be a “wall” but it is easy to move and store.

Too flimsy, a lot of blemishes in finish and torn pieces.
