Ordered this set in Oil Rubbed bronze and they initially looked great. What Nostalgic Warehouse doesn’t tell you is that their Oil Rubbed Bronze is considered a “living finish” and it will rub off after a short period of time. Because of this, it is not covered under the 5 year warranty. When dealing with NW’s customer service, I was told I could purchase replacements for a discount. This is not something anyone should hear only a few months after purchasing the product. Buyer beware!

Perfect match to our existing 100 year old ones. Mine was missing the privacy pin part so I called Nostalgic Warehouse directly and they are sending one. Awesome customer service from them.
