First off, one of the locks was sent with the wrong length latch and has yet to be resolved. Secondly, we ordered 12 hinges but only received 11, plus one of the 11 was missing a finial. We've had to order replacements from another company as we had to turn over the project on 1/31. First time customer that's not happy at all!!!
