Perfect in every way.

This is first, not my item. The cushions didn’t fit, but a box cutter made it work out ok. The fabric is ok, but nothing like the elegant one I had.

Apparently the ottoman cushions I ordered were out of stock, but that fact was not noted on the website when I ordered. I received chair cushions instead, which were not at all acceptable. Disappointing and annoying. It took me quite some time to find out this info and make arrangements for their return. I will say that Abigail Byrd, who took my call, was amazingly responsive, courteous, helpful, and professional. She went above and beyond to facilitate the printing of return labels, arranging for pickup, and crediting my account.
