The first cushion they sent was vacuum packed and the fiberfill surrounding the foam was lumpy. I contacted the company and they immediately sent another one which was not vacuum packed and was perfect. Have new life to my very old but sturdy wicker chair.

Very disappointed with height of cushion. Description states they are 2.5" but they are very thin at 1.0". The color and fabric are nice but a little expensive for being thin cushions.

These cushions are terrible. A third of the diameter of my old Sunbrella cushions I am replacing. I wish I had never purchased these.

Returning these cushions after waiting 4-6 weeks for them! Foam and fiberfill around cushion measures only 1 1/2 inches, not the 2 1/2 inches stated. Whitish zipper on teal material really shows. Cushion cover is obviously too big for this smaller foam! Very disappointed!!!
