Pretty design and good quality - thickness and wipeability. However I can't predict longevity (in use) since I only received product. The colouration of the buildings (classical architecture) have a pink/violet tinge (not to my taste), as I was expecting a true grey/taupe, like depicted in online image. I even looked at images through 2 different monitors before buying. Hence, the demerit rating (4 instead of 5).
