Its nice. We bought it more for appearance than heat, but those who say the heat is minimal are correct. But it looks like the video and installed nicely, no surprises. We put brick veneer around it. We're happy.

Turns on sometimes by itself but quickly goes off. Was hoping for something that look more real. Barely puts out heat. Changing the colors is fun though.
