Beautiful lock once it’s all setup. I have a loft in a commercial building so the doors needed a commercial lock. I chose this one because it was sleek. Little did I know that it didn’t come with ANY directions and the manufacturer’s site didn’t even list this product. After myself and another handyman spent 4 hours trying to figure it out, another handyman was finally able to come through with the install. It was frustrating and disappointing that a company wouldn’t ensure their customers have everything they need to install an item. It was literally like a choose your now adventure setup. BUT now that it’s installed, it is beautiful. Just don’t know if I would do it all over again knowing what I know. Buyer beware.
