This is really pretty and nice, but the problem is the USB

Very attractive and clever, but - arrived with one horse broken off the carousel with no damage to either the inner, outer, or mailing package. Hopefully my husband can repair.(later) He was able to repair the ornament; however, as none of the packaging was damaged believe the vendor shipped a broken piece.

Ornament arrived broken but looks very pretty from what I could see. Submitted a ticket about the defective item and customer service responded almost immediately! Will update with better photos of the ornament unboxed once my replacement is received. Excited to see and share the artistic details of this unique piece!! Exceptional support team!!
